Bush Sunset
Oil on Canvas
200 × 180 cm
I've never wanted to paint the Australian landscape exactly as it is. What draws me back is the feeling of being there. As the sun begins to disappear, the bush seems to take a deep breath. Colours soften, shadows lengthen and everything slows down. I wanted to capture that moment when the landscape quietly asks us to stop hurrying and simply be present.
Crazy Cock
 214 x 167cmÂ
Oil on Canvas
Sometimes I paint because I simply enjoy spending time with a subject. Cockatoos have an intelligence and presence that fascinates me. They're playful, mischievous and strangely regal all at once. This painting became less about the bird itself and more about celebrating one of Australia's great characters.
Mr Cockatoo
Oil on Canvas
229 x 153cmÂ
Cockatoos are loud, cheeky and completely convinced the world belongs to them. I couldn't resist inviting one into this imagined landscape. After all, whimsical Australia doesn't have to follow the rules.
Bird Song
Oil on Canvas
183m x 214cm
I've always been fascinated by the Australian landscape from above. Rivers become abstract lines, colours merge into unexpected patterns and familiar places suddenly feel mysterious. This painting grew from that fascination with landscape as memory rather than map; a place that invites imagination more than recognition.
Tropical Emu
Oil on Canvas
200 x 180cm
When you're painting whimsical Australian landscapes, who's to say an emu can't wander into a rainforest? That's the joy of imagination.
Commission Concepts

Every commissioned work is developed specifically for its intended space, with scale, palette and atmosphere considered as part of the design process.
